Leg Pain And Gallstones

A bad rain, umbrellas

A bad rain, good umbrella

Ana García
President of the Neighborhood Association Cabueñes The Pontica

On 11 February we have our annual meeting and it is time to assess how much or little we could do and measure our strength this year. As I always say, it is important to participate, because the Association is everyone, from attending district meetings, make reports and keeps the accounts, to which provides wood for Bonfire and scoops the pool Sponsor a child to a tree. Only the contributions of all makes sense to continue.

A new development has been the volunteer uniform of the school children, appears to be the first public school to put it, do not know if this represents progress, but unfortunately, we continue to queue in many other things, with classrooms saturated, overcrowding in the dining room in a barracks toilet and reforms that have just begun, as has repeatedly been denouncing the parents.
No money, say, the crisis, but directors, officers and officials are in jail on charges of corruption, embezzlement and other crimes.

On to the expected wild urbanization, important steps have been taken, such as suspension of the previous PGO and paralysis of the Partial Plan, or the trial that the Platform is pending against irregularities and enrichments, possibly illegal, some officials.
But it seems that every advance that, with effort, the neighbors got, is countered by those who want to see our environment destroyed.
a new PGO was approved with the votes of the PSOE and IU and the non-PP, which, besides the expected outrage, incorporating also the Plan of Peñafrancia and the Plan of Infanzón massacre which together account for over 17% surface of our parish.
Then come all with its siren song to ask for the vote, but do not be fooled, we must continue to fight together, if we got so far, we can until the end.

But perhaps the most characteristic this year was bad rain.
Heavy rains in June that flooded roads and fields and streams overflowed.
Our traditional party was suspended, it was impossible to access the Prau and had to be postponed.
And in December, the rains returned to the charge flooding homes and complicating access to the very road.
is known that you can not fight against the elements and nature takes its taxes the toll of life, but says a lot about our level of development where these floods cause the same disaster in the same place within six months, as has happened in Cabueñes.
